Athletic events like the Powerman Duathlon, Ironman 70.3 Triathlon and the International Long Aquathlon are all held in Alcudia.
One sporting event that gets a lot of interest is the Alcudia Long Course Weekend. Athletes compete over three days, each day in a different discipline: 3,800m swim, 172km bike and 42.20km marathon, with a choice of different distances in one or several disciplines.
Other sport competitions in Alcudia are the Talaia K20, the night run - Nocturn Trail Talaia K 10 - and the Mallorca Trail Dessert, all mountain races, the Alcúdia Half Marathon, the Open Water Swim Crossing and the Viking Swimrun, as well as the Frisbee Tournament “Pescadisco Cup” and 3 golf tournaments organized at Alcanada Golf Club.
