ONLINE COMPLAINT / REPORT

In case of theft, you can make an online complaint in one of the Tourist Information Offices or at the reception of your accommodation.

There is also a service offered by the Policía Nacional. It is a telephone reports service for tourists available in English, French, German and Italian, available from Monday to Sunday from 9.00h to 21.00h in English and French; and from 9.00h to 15.00 in German and Italian.

Offences that can be reported via telephone:

  1. Theft and robbery:
  • Of vehicles and in vehicles.
  • Cash and documents.
  • In houses or establishments.
  1. Loss of documents and personal belongings.
  2. Damages.
